Important Notes
Eligibility: To benefit from these offers, a new SIM card must be issued. This package cannot be activated on an existing customer number.
Requirements: A valid National ID/Iqama and an active Absher account are mandatory for activation.
Age Limit: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Expat Policy: For residents (Expatriates), you cannot have more than two SIM cards (voice or data) registered under your name. This requested SIM must be the second one.
Cancellation: The SIM card cannot be canceled once it has been officially activated in the beneficiary's name.
Activation Schedule: Activation is processed during official business hours daily from 4:00 PM to 10:45 PM, based on the order of requests.
Processing Time: During promotional periods, activation may be delayed between 2 to 5 business days.
